Psychedelic Stewardship

Safe, intentional guidance through transformative psychedelic experiences. Grounded in ethics, preparation, and integration to support lasting healing and growth.

What stewardship covers

Stewardship is the work around the experience: whether it is appropriate for you at all, how to prepare, and what to do with it afterward.

The experience itself gets most of the attention. Preparation and integration are where the durable part happens.

Preparation

Preparation covers intention, honest screening against medical and psychiatric history and current medications, the setting, who is present, and an agreed plan for a difficult stretch.

Some people should not do this. Certain cardiac conditions, a personal or family history of psychosis, and several common medications are real contraindications, and screening exists to find them beforehand.

Integration

Integration is the weeks after, when an insight either becomes a change in how you live or fades into a good story. It is unglamorous work: writing, talking it through, and picking one or two things to actually do differently.

Legality and scope

Laws differ by country and state and they change. The work offered here is education, preparation, and integration support. It does not include supplying any substance or supervising illegal use.
